Project Description
- Construction of entire original 10,000+ Student College Campus on former 150-acre horse farm estate
- Over 500,000 sq. ft. of buildings built and 100+ acres of site work
- Restoration of original horse barns into Classrooms and Administrative offices
- Construction of new Humanities Building
- Construction of new School of Business Building
- Construction of new Student Commons Center
- Construction of new Kitchen & Cafeteria
- Construction of new Library
- Construction of new Performing Arts Center
- Construction of original Computer Center
- Construction of Conference Center
- Construction of Science and Laboratory Building
- Construction of Automotive Workshop and Tech Center
- Buildings are all reinforced concrete framed (over 15,000 cu. yds. placed by Hall) with laminated wood beams and timber roof decking
- Buildings clad with field stone, brick and cedar to reflect surrounding environment
- All projects completed ahead of schedule; the largest portion completed three semesters early
