- Interior Restoration of 19th Century Grist Mill originally built in
1822
- Repaired and repointed interior lower level stone walls
- Removed and reset interior brick pavers at lower level
- Built exhibit review platforms, safety railings and stairs/ramps
- Installed public and Life safety systems throughout structure (Fire
alarm, security, smoke detection systems)
- Restored timber and wood framing
- Prepared areas to receive restored machinery for processing corn
- Installed new electrical service and lighting
- Installed extensive powder coated handrail and mesh partition systems
throughout exhibit areas
- Project completed on schedule
