- Selective demolition
- Rough & finished carpentry
- Restored and replicated existing windows
- Restored electrical service and lighting
- Archaeologically-sensitive excavation for former
historic Battle of Monmouth battleground
- Removed and replaced foundation
- Oldest standing two-story dutch-crafted house in New Jersey
- Installation of new structural steel underframe
- Lifted and braced the structure (hydraulic jacks and cribbing)
- Removed and reinstalled the masonry foundation
- Reset house on new foundation
- New wood roof shingles and walls
- Restored existing exterior siding
- New timber roof framing
- Temporary shoring to support the exterior east wall and roof
- Protective wall to preserve the original West wall,
which is considered an artifact
- Project completed two months ahead of schedule
